As the Director of Education and Training at GTI Energy, Ray has spent 20 years leading training initiatives to enhance the safety and effectiveness of natural gas operations.

For 14 years, Ray has managed natural gas emergency first responder liaison training programs, supporting 54 communities and one large city department serving a population of 2.7 million. His extensive background also includes 10 years of performing after-hours on-call responsibilities for a gas distribution utility, ensuring swift and effective responses to emergencies.

Ray's vast knowledge and experience make him a trusted leader in the field of natural gas education and training, helping to ensure that professionals are well-equipped to handle the challenges of their work while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.
