Gas Technology Fundamentals Overview
Course Overview:
In this course, learn about the gas technologies and applications used by industrial and commercial end users. Understand today’s gas end user technologies—burners, water heating, boilers, sizing of heating equipment, operation of HVAC in commercial buildings, venting systems, and interior gas piping. You’ll leave the course equipped with the technical background to productively and confidently handle customers’ requests and concerns. The course can be taken on its own or as part of GTI’s CIGC (Chartered Industrial Gas Consultant) or RCGC (Registered Commercial Gas Consultant) certification programs.
Target Audience:
- New industrial or commercial representatives who want to know more about selling and marketing natural gas
- Former electric industry professionals who need to get up to speed quickly in these market sectors
- Those who want to earn Chartered Industrial Gas Consultant (CIGC) or Registered Commercial Gas Consultant (RCGC) certification
