Course Overview:
Food service is one of the largest users of natural gas in the commercial marketplace. Learn about the food service segment which covers the structure of the food service market, functional layout of food service kitchens, available equipment, and typical issues for the food service customer. This virtual course can be taken on its own or as part of the RCGC (Registered Commercial Gas Consultant) certification program.

- Utility representatives who sell/market to commercial customers (restaurants, hospitals, nursing homes, schools, churches, and other non-manufacturing accounts)
- Those who want to earn the Registered Commercial Gas Consultant (RCGC) certification
