Course Overview:
In this new 9-week hybrid training program, get a solid introduction to the industrial and commercial market segments and the ways to develop and maintain good customer relationships. Participate in group problem-solving to reinforce the topics. This course can be taken on its own or as part of GTI’s CIGC (Chartered Industrial Gas Consultant) or RCGC (Registered Commercial Gas Consultant) certification programs.
