Des Plaines, IL
After seven years as the Chairman of GTI’s Board of Directors, Mr. Terry McCallister has announced that he is stepping down from this role. This aligns with his retirement as Chairman and CEO, WGL Holdings, Inc. and Washington Gas.
“Terry has served on GTI’s Board for more than a decade in various capacities. He has worked closely with other Board members and our senior management to provide valuable guidance, and I want to thank him for his excellent contributions that have helped to make us what we are today. I wish him all the best in this next chapter,” noted David Carroll, GTI President and CEO.
Mr. Bret Lane, President and COO, Southern California Gas Company, was elected to serve as Chair of the GTI Board. Ms. Rebecca Ranich, President, Exenico LLC, was re-affirmed for the position of Vice Chair, which she has held since 2011.
Mr. Adrian Chapman, who succeeds Mr. McCallister as President and Chief Executive Officer of WGL Holdings, Inc. and Washington Gas, has been elected to serve on GTI’s Board. He has held a variety of management and executive roles at Washington Gas throughout his career that spans more than 36 years.
Says David, “I welcome these esteemed colleagues to their new roles on GTI’s Board, and I’m confident that under their direction, we will continue to create and deliver valuable technical and service solutions to the natural gas industry and broader energy markets.”
