GRI-GLYCalc™ Software Version 4.0
GRI-GLYCalc™ Version 4.0 was introduced in 2000 as a Windows®-based program for estimating air emissions from glycol units using triethylene glycol (TEG), diethylene glycol (DEG) or ethylene glycol (EG). The software can help users to comply with the Oil and Natural Gas Production (ONG) and Natural Gas Transmission and Storage (T&S) MACT standards.
GLYCalc can be used to help identify units that may require rigorous sampling to determine the need for emission control. It can also be used to predict the impact of combustion devices and condensers on emission rates. This version of the program includes: calculation of emissions from DEG units; creation and maintenance of a MACT compliance database; explicit flash gas control options; preparation of a condenser performance curve; prediction of an overall annual performance of an air-cooled condenser at a given geographical location; choice of U.S. standard or metric units of measure; new reports; and compatibility with AIRCalc 1.0. GRI-GLYCalc is compatible with Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7 on 32-bit and 64-bit machines.
In August 2023 GRI-GLYCalc™ version 4.0 was classified as a "Legacy Software". There are no plans to update this software but realize there may be a need by some to use this software. We are offering this software "as-is" and there is no technical support available. You can download a free copy of the legacy software from the GTI Energy Technical Reports and Software website. Please review the Software End User License Agreement prior to downloading the software.
