GTI is reinvigorating our workforce, adding key talent at all levels and developing our existing team. Across the enterprise, 34 new employees were hired in 2018, adding up to a staff of 365+ employees at the end of the year.
In early 2019, we added new officers to our executive leadership team. Two well-respected industry leaders with deep experience have joined GTI—Dr. Paula Gant took on a new position as Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Innovation, and Michael Rutkowski came on board to fill the role of Senior Vice President, Research & Technology Development. Quinton Ford was promoted to Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary and elected as an officer of the company.
