Our mission is to intentionally build and advance a culture that values and empowers people from differing backgrounds to bring together diverse perspectives that are crucial to delivering innovative solutions to complex problems.
Our DEIA strategy centers on three pillars that are intentionally connected and work together to effectively drive DEIA outcomes.
Attract, hire, and develop a high-performing workforce that reflects the communities we serve. Optimize experiences throughout an employee’s career and provide opportunities for them to progress and develop their careers.
Ensure that all employees are taking action to increase diversity and equity and maintain an inclusive workplace where employees feel valued and respected. Create a sense of belonging so that employees can fully contribute their talents.
Position our projects to have a positive and meaningful impact in the communities where we work and with external partners to build Enterprise reputation. This will help with expanding job satisfaction and employee retention.

At GTI Energy, we implement career programs that support inclusive and equitable growth opportunities.
Engineering Rotational Development Program (ERDP)
ERDP accelerates post-graduate careers by guiding participants through a variety of rotational experiences within the organization, enabling comprehensive insights into various dimensions of the business.
Our internship programs facilitate the skill development and business acumen of participants through hands-on education and training.
Project Trailblazer empowers a diverse cohort of emerging leaders to exhibit creativity and practicality over a six-month duration, fostering collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to shape strategic direction for developing solutions with the potential for future commercialization.
Accelerate is an immersive training initiative designed to equip new and existing managers with enhanced leadership skills and competencies, ensuring effectiveness in their roles and the ability to effect progress within their teams.
Employee Resource Groups
We are proud to work with several employee resource programs, such as Women’s Professional Network, Young Professional Network, and Employee Advisory Committee, which promote personal and professional growth of our people and engage employees across the enterprise to build relationships and drive an inclusive environment and culture.
